Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• Custom orders may require additional processing time.

Delivery Estimates

• India: 4–7 business days after dispatch.
• International: 7–21 business days after dispatch (varies by destination).

Shipping Costs

• Flat shipping rate of approximately ₹60–63 for domestic orders, calculated at checkout.
• Free shipping promotions, when available, will be clearly stated.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available for eligible domestic orders. If a COD order is undeliverable or refused, it will be returned and may affect future COD eligibility.

Order Tracking

• A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched.
