Our bodies and minds go through different seasons. There are times when we feel strong and energetic, and there are other times when we feel tired, discouraged, or physically weak.
As Christians, we can bring every part of our lives before God—including our health. Biblical confessions are not magic words or a promise that we will never experience sickness. Instead, they are a way of speaking God's Word over our lives, reminding ourselves of His character, and placing our hope and trust in Him.

1. God Is My Source of Strength

Confession:
The Lord is my strength. When I feel weak, I can turn to Him. I do not have to depend only on my own strength. God gives me grace for each day and helps me through every season.

Confession:
I thank God for the body He has given me. I choose to treat myself with wisdom, care, and gratitude. I will not despise myself because of weakness or comparison. I am wonderfully made by my Creator.
